Graduate students - BioCamp

Novartis Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp) brings together selected top students from science and business universities from across the world.

The Novartis Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp) is a pioneering three-day seminar that brings the biotechnology sector closer to talented young people from universities. BioCamp has been sponsored annually by several Novartis affiliates since 2004. The first global BioCamp was held in Singapore in 2007. This year's BioCamp will take place on October 26-30, 2009 at the Novartis Institute for Biological Research (NIBR) in Cambridge, Mass., USA.

BioCamp is open to postgraduate students in the natural sciences and business administration. At the seminar, 60 selected students from about 24 countries will have the opportunity to learn from leading biotech experts, interact with professionals and work together with other students from various cultures. The students also will be able to explore career opportunities and network with global leaders in the biotechnology sector.

Novartis will cover all travel and accommodation expenses of the chosen students. The event will be held in English.
